Just a few kilometres from Gien and the Briare canal bridge, in the quiet Loire Valley countryside and in the historic Berry region, l'Échappée Belle will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment whilst being close to the many sites and activities of the region.

During your stay you will be able to visit Châteaux, monuments or parks, do some cycling (on loan on the spot) or along the Loire river (it is 3000 metres from the house), do some wine tasting, agritourism, relaxation...

You can enjoy the park and the terraces with the sound of the birds or the fireplace in the living room which will warm you up for the cooler days. And to complete your relaxation, there is a 12 metre swimming pool.

You can enjoy regional products at breakfast and at the Table d'Hôtes, where homemade and local products are honoured.

An outstanding place!

Much more than a stopover, I advise you to stay a few days to fully enjoy the place and the welcome of Sophie who will give you judicious advices to discover the area. The old building has been tastefully restored. Let yourself be seduced by Sophie's table. The breakfast is splendid: homemade yoghurt, pear juice, homemade jam, homemade brioche and goat cheese. You should definitely try the dinner in the evening. In any case, from 7pm onwards, you just have to let yourself be guided by the fragrance which perfumes the stairwell! Regional products, full of flavours. All the elements are there to make your stay pleasant. Thank you Sophie for these delicate attentions and these beautiful encounters!
